Products may be returned within 20 days of purchase for a refund, less a 15% fee to help cover shipping, transaction, and restocking costs. Products may also be exchanged for a different size in accordance with our return procedures. If a Pack-A-Paw harness fails due to a product defect, please contact Mountain Dog Ware regarding replacement eligibility.

Outdoor activities such as hiking, backpacking, trail running, climbing, and wilderness travel involve inherent risks.

Animals may also move unpredictably, particularly when frightened, tired, ill, or injured.
